		<description>I&#039;d say go for it. If you&#039;re only stalling because it will feel &quot;weird&quot;, then try considering how would you think of the house if a stranger was living there? Would you be happier owning the house or not?
  The only con that I see is the awkward memory of your grandmother having owned it and now having passed on, but that will fade into nostalgia as you put your own stamp on the place, and it will probably feel good to have kept the family home instead of allowing it to slip away.</description>
