First up – congratulations to Donncha. He had an offer accepted on a house and paid his deposit on his birthday.
We got the First Time Buyers grant cheque … I’m back in Ireland – and happy about it … DSL light is green, and the order will be going in within the next few days … all is well with the world.
Christmas do is on Friday in Landsdown … so that’s this weekend written off … which bugs me, because this trip stateside has knocked me back a few weeks with regards to setting stuff up and getting things organised around the house.
Komplett have re-shipped (allegedly) the DVD drive that, according to Parcelforce, never left the Komplett warehouse. Hopefully I’ll see it in a few days … of course they’re probably shipping to the wrong address !
