I was wrong. I need to brush up on my political prediction skills: John O Donoghue was promoted and Martin Cullen was moved to the Department of Transport. What I didn't know at the time I wrote the blog entry was that O Donoghue had actually asked to be removed from Justice at the las reshuffle (i.e. the last election) due to exhaustion. Still doesn't excuse his poor performance as director of elections earlier this year. Mr. Cullen's situation I have decided is beyond comprehension. Dick Roche, the new minister for the environment, has a big job to do, and seems to be doing it reasonably well now by not shooting off his mouth. Ha! I was wrong.
