		<description>Ha! I was wrong. I need to brush up on my political prediction skills: John O Donoghue was promoted and Martin Cullen was moved to the Department of Transport.

What I didn&#039;t know at the time I wrote the blog entry was that O Donoghue had actually asked to be removed from Justice at the las reshuffle (i.e. the last election) due to exhaustion. Still doesn&#039;t excuse his poor performance as director of elections earlier this year.

Mr. Cullen&#039;s situation I have decided is beyond comprehension.

Dick Roche, the new minister for the environment, has a big job to do, and seems to be doing it reasonably well now by not shooting off his mouth.</description>
