So code is at sw.titlepagedialog.patch to implement the title page suggestion of a few days ago if anyone wants to play with it.

With perhaps the addition of a preview pane methinks a dialog like so…
title page dialog
would wipe out 80% of the writer FAQ. Now all I need is some actual code.
